What is your return policy?

We hope you love what you ordered, but in case you don’t, you can return your purchase if:

  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Product is not as described

How long do I have to make a return?

All items must be returned according to the instructions below within 30 days.

What are my refund options?

Purchases that are returned according to this policy will receive:

  • A full refund
  • A partial refund
  • Store credit or gift card
  • An exchange

When will I receive my refund?

Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of the date we receive your returned item.

Return Shipping Instructions

You can send your purchase back to us, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return according to our policy.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Return Instructions

Any product may be returned within 30 days after it is received for any reason at the cost of the buyer; original shipping is not refunded unless the item is defective or the wrong part was sent (we sent the wrong item – not the item pictured). Some items have a 15% restock charge to cover our costs of the sale, this applies when a buyer has not checked fitment first, they change their mind, or any other reason other than the item is incorrect (we sent the wrong item – not the item pictured) or defective.

Any purchase that is made where the buyer is not happy with the fitment, condition, or quality, please contact us via Bonanza message system. Include item description and an explanation of the problem.

If an incorrect or defective item is received, the correct/replacement item will be sent out once the item received is returned to us*. We can not send the correct/replacement item out until the returned item is received unless a duplicate payment is sent as a deposit, which will be refunded once the returned item is received.

All items need to be returned before a refund is given. It does not matter what the reason is.

All items need to be returned in the same condition as sent with all the parts intact. Missing parts, items, etc., will result in a deduction in the refund amount.

All refunds are given the same way payment was received.

*Replacement parts are subject to availability and approval of defectiveness of the returned item. In some cases, a refund will be given without the need for the part to be inspected or returned.
